We recently sat down with HR manager Jane Kelly to find out more about her and her role at NADACH.
Having joined NADACH back in March, Jane’s already made a significant impact and is proving a real asset to the team.
Armed with an abundance of HR experience, Jane is responsible for ensuring that our team have the internal support they need to carry out their job in the most effective way.
Jane’s career
While studying for her degree in Business Studies at Manchester Metropolitan University, Jane specialised in HR which gave her an academic platform to go on and pursue the discipline as a career.
During the course of her 30-year career, Jane has worked across a range of different industries from food to logistics, which demonstrates her versatility.
This has seen her manage HR for Manchester Airport baggage handlers, a bread crumb manufacturer, car care brand Turtle Wax and even a bull stud business!
A member of the CIPD, Jane’s professional credibility is an asset to the business and a recognition of her skills and abilities.
Jane’s role at NADACH
In her role here at NADACH, Jane is responsible for providing a HR service to both our office staff and engineering teams, which makes her the first HR manager to cover all aspects of the business.
She has a real interest in how skills can be enhanced through management development and enjoys working with employees to support them in reaching their full potential.
Jane is also particularly passionate about both boosting employee engagement and promoting mental health awareness in the workplace.
Turning her hand to property services
Despite not working in property services before joining the team, Jane has quickly turned her hand to managing the HR arm of the business and has become a central part of our overall operations.
